Do we share the space with anyone else?
Absolute privacy is our core promise. When you book Sense9, the entire sanctuary is exclusively yours. There are no shared spaces, no on-site staff during your stay, and no interruptions. It is a private canvas for your desires.
Can we host a party or invite other people?
Sense9 is strictly curated as an intimate retreat for maxmium 4 people. To maintain the serene, secure, and highly private nature of our sanctuary, we do not permit parties, events, or additional guests on the premises unless previous discuession with our management. Please note, the stay cost for party/event will be different from general stay, and we will require more details and ensure the noise control of the party. How do we book our stay?
To ensure the highest level of discretion and to provide a bespoke experience, we operate completely independently from third-party platforms like Airbnb. All reservations must be made directly and securely through this official website.
How does check-in work? Is it discreet?
We offer a seamless, zero-contact check-in process. Prior to your arrival, you will receive a secure, unique access code and a comprehensive digital Guest Guide. This allows you to slip into your private world without the need for front desks or formal introductions.

What are your cleanliness and hygiene standards?
We uphold an uncompromising standard of cleanliness so you can surrender entirely to the moment. Between every reservation, the entire space undergoes a rigorous sanitation protocol. To ensure your absolute peace of mind, we utilise freshly, premium single-use bed linens and individually wrapped luxury bath towels for every single stay.
Are the toys and equipment in the Playroom safe and clean?
Yes. All implements and leather goods in our Playroom are meticulously sanitised using hospital-grade, material-safe protocols between every visit. Detailed care and handling instructions are provided in your Guest Guide. You are, of course, warmly invited to bring your own personal items to supplement the experience.

Absolutely. The entire retreat is fully air-conditioned with whisper-quiet climate control. You can adjust the temperature zoning throughout the suites and the Playroom to suit the heat of the moment.
